Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (Manager) – Talent Technology to lead and deliver medium to high‑complexity talent technology implementations for enterprise clients.

You will combine project management, functional and technical consulting, and recruitment technology expertise to design scalable solutions across multiple countries, working with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Technology consulting or implementation.
• Proven experience delivering medium to high-complexity enterprise technology implementations or optimizations.
• Strong experience across the full implementation lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, training, and handover.
• Deep SME knowledge and/or certification in at least two talent technologies.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to create practical solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent technology implementations or optimization projects.
• Own functional and technical design from discovery to handover.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and risk registers.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions.
• Gather business and technical requirements with clients and partners.
• Advise on capabilities, integrations, and architecture.
• Develop test strategies and implementation documentation.
• Manage data migration strategies and cutover planning.
