Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead strategic workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment initiatives, supporting the AI CoE growth roadmap. You will partner with senior stakeholders, design fellowships and apprenticeships, and drive talent development across leadership and emerging roles.

Qualifications

• Senior recruitment experience with leadership hiring exposure.
• Emerging talent/campus recruitment experience.
• Workforce planning experience.
• Project management capability.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive complex programmes.
• Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning and execute hiring initiatives to support AI CoE growth roadmap and critical talent requirements.
• Partner with AI CoE leaders, HR teams, government agencies, universities, and external partners to build sustainable talent pipelines and hiring strategies.
• Design and manage fellowship and apprenticeship programmes, driving talent development, programme governance, and conversion to permanent hires.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for leadership, specialist, and emerging talent roles while enhancing hiring quality through standardized assessment processes.
• Leverage workforce analytics, forecasting, and reporting to provide hiring insights, mitigate talent risks, and drive continuous improvement across recruitment operations.
