Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior technical product manager to translate people science into production-grade tools and interfaces for HR and business leaders. You will turn validated proofs of concept into scalable, field-ready solutions across talent challenges in a fast-moving environment.

You will work with the PXT team to ship MVPs quickly, prioritize learning, and collaborate across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to influence roadmaps and release plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in a highly agile environment.
• Track record of building tools or systems that non technical users rely on for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Take proofs of concept and turn them into production ready systems.
• Apply product management thinking: scoping problems, prioritizing builds, defining MVPs, and iterating based on user feedback from HR and business stakeholders.
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively to understand existing constraints and opportunities;
• Influence partner roadmaps where critical to development and launch of products
• Own the full vertical from validated insight to working tool: building purpose built solutions for our specific talent challenges
• Move with startup speed: ship MVPs in weeks, iterate with a small user base, and prioritize learning over scale in early stages
