Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Talent Management Product Manager to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs. You will scope and create project plans, develop processes, coordinate and drive execution, and communicate to senior management on status, risks and changes.

The role requires a proven delivery record and program management experience, with collaboration across product, UX design, tech and analytics teams to deliver impactful programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
• Engage with product, UX design, technical and analytics teams; develop go-to-market and change management assets.
• Develop the overall program strategy; align plans with senior leadership and drive teams to deliver.
• Define the program mission and objectives; analyze data and drive improvements with metrics.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments; understand business problems and automation limitations.
