Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job-related activities and supervise associates to meet staffing needs.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop associates; promote a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethics and integrity in processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing business needs.
