Job summary

Visa’s People Systems team seeks a Consultant in Talent Products and Systems to shape the Workday Talent Management experience across performance, succession, and development. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• 3+ years’ Workday configuration or HRIS experience.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent Management modules including performance & talent reviews, feedback, Career Hub, succession planning.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; able to interact with diverse global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product-oriented partner for Talent Management systems by contributing to product direction.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs; configure, test, release, and maintain Talent Management capabilities.
• Partner with COE, HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to align on outcomes and drive initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Help contribute to a forward-looking product roadmap by identifying usability, adoption, and efficiency improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with Talent Management stakeholders to identify issues and provide timely support.
• Communicate with diverse global stakeholders, translating complex topics into concise decisions and actions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, test case development, execution, and feedback synthesis.
• Evaluate Workday releases and recommend enhancements to drive business value and alignment with roadmap.
• Maintain and update the agile delivery board to support sprint planning and execution.
