Job summary

Visa is seeking a Consultant, TalentProducts and Systems to shape the Workday Talent Management experience, including performance and succession, across a global org. You’ll translate business needs into scalable capabilities, partner with HR, IT, and vendors, and drive value through usable, measurable talent processes.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent Management modules including performance and talent reviews, feedback, Career Hub, succession planning.
• Experience with Workday business processes, custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, and dashboards.
• 3+ years' total Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience.
• Experience supporting Talent Management processes in a global organization.
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills; able to interact effectively with diverse global stakeholders.
• Experience working with Jira and familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
• Strong follow-through and ability to drive resolution of complex system issues.
• Workday Pro Certification(s) in Talent modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product-oriented partner for Talent Management systems by contributing to product direction and identifying opportunities to improve the employee and leader experience.
• Translate prioritized needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs; configure, test, release, and maintain Talent Management capabilities.
• Partner with COE SMEs, HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to align on outcomes, scope, and dependencies.
• Contribute to a forward-looking product roadmap by identifying usability and adoption improvements.
• Communicate clearly with global stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, including test case development and execution.
• Evaluate Workday releases, assess impact, and recommend enhancements that drive business value.
• Maintain the agile delivery board to support sprint planning and execution.
