Avathon, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruiting across technical and commercial teams.

You will balance full-lifecycle recruiting with process execution and partner with US executives while coordinating with our team in India to ensure global alignment. The role requires 6+ years in talent acquisition within tech/SaaS, plus expertise in Greenhouse and structured interviewing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in progressive, full-cycle talent acquisition in tech/SaaS.
• Experience hiring both technical and commercial GTM roles.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams (India).

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across technical (AI/ML, Data, Software) and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to pipeline diverse high-caliber passive talent.
• Coordinate with India recruitment team to ensure global alignment and delivery.
• Advise leadership on market intelligence, compensation, and timelines.
• Implement structured interviewing, scorecards, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Maximize Greenhouse for pipeline management and reporting.
