Responsibilities

• Lead projects and initiatives across the Talent Development space.
• Create a digitized and engaging orientation experience for new employees and partner with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with HR Acquisition to deliver support and training to new leaders and new colleagues as acquisitions onboard.
• Create a strategy for digital learning; build dashboards or reporting for initiatives such as compliance training.
• Design, facilitate, execute, and evolve programs that raise leader and manager capabilities.
• Support the performance management process with communication plans and resources.
• Program manage new priorities during rapid growth.
