Job summary

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group seeks an Executive Director of Talent Strategy to lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives. You will partner with executives and HR to build a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with the company's mission and growth goals.

The role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining a high‑performing workforce, driving organizational capability, and using analytics to inform strategic decisions in a dynamic mortgage market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of mortgage industry experience in a talent role or related experience in mortgage technology/vendor or mortgage insurance company.
• Experience using workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience leading digital recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Experience managing organizational change and workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing an enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth and priorities.
• Conducting and managing recruitment processes with equitable, high‑quality hiring practices.
• Establishing sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑caliber talent.
• Building partnerships with industry associations, educational institutions, and community partners.
• Leveraging recruitment analytics to improve time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire.
• Leading workforce planning efforts and creating predictive analytics dashboards.
• Overseeing employer branding across digital and social platforms and ensuring consistent messaging.
