Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage in Pontiac, MI seeks a VP of Talent and Team Relations to lead talent acquisition and team relations, aligning people strategies with business goals and driving elite experiences for leaders, candidates, and team members.

This role partners with senior leadership, uses workforce analytics, and champions process improvements, compliance, and scalable practices across recruiting, investigations, and organizational support. Onsite attendance is required at UWM's campus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Team Relations, or related corporate leadership functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading leaders and high-performing teams.
• Experience developing and executing talent and people strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition and Team Relations strategy and goals.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning and people strategy.
• Drive analytics, KPIs, and scalable processes for consistency.
• Ensure compliance and elite experience for leaders, candidates, and team members.
• Partner with Marketing on attraction, campaigns, and budget decisions.
• Oversee investigations, coaching, and workplace resolutions.
