Job summary

Magnolia Wealth Strategies seeks an Executive Director of Talent Management to lead recruiting, develop a high-performing team, and align advisor-growth plans with market priorities.

You will coach recruiters, shape strategy, manage relationships with executives and top producers, and drive improvements across the ATS, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. This role moves from strategy to hands-on recruiting and coaching.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management or talent acquisition.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services preferred.
• Proven track record building recruiting and development programs.
• Leadership coaching and performance management experience.
• Strong relationships with experienced, revenue-generating professionals.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; HR certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Translate annual advisor-growth objectives into recruiting plans by market.
• Lead Recruiters; manage activity, pipeline quality, conversion, ATS discipline.
• Establish a proactive, sales-driven recruiting operating model across markets.
• Develop relationships with experienced advisors and strategic prospects; lead discovery.
• Partner with CEO/COO/Branch Leaders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Own recruiting-process standards, handoffs, and communications.
• Use ATS data to forecast pipeline health and actions.
• Strengthen Magnolia's recruiting brand and market presence.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with employment and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee candidate onboarding and licensing processes.
