Liaison Creative in Austin, TX is seeking a recruiting professional who understands marketing roles and can translate needs into compelling job postings. You will partner with hiring managers to source and screen candidates across a full range of marketing positions, from programs to creative roles.

The role involves passive talent searches, applicant tracking, and guiding candidates through interviews and offers, while also supporting community outreach and recruiting events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing exposure and understanding of marketing roles.
• Experience with larger global organizations or brands.
• Curious, personable, open-minded, and comfortable having honest conversations.
• Organized, thorough, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Recruiting experience with interview experience or hiring background.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience welcomed.
• Basics of applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or FileMaker on a Mac is a plus.

• Work with hiring managers to understand their needs, what makes someone a good fit, and turn that conversation into an engaging job posting.
• Recruit across a full range of marketing roles (program/project) to creatives (visual to content)
• Screen applicants via email, then track qualified video-interview candidates in our database.
• Conduct passive talent searches through LinkedIn and other tools to generate interest in open roles.
• Present qualified finalists to the client with your take on their strengths and fit, then help guide the process through the offer stage, handling all of the interview logistics.
• Support Liaison's community efforts, candidate outreach, and job-seeking events.

• You have 3-5 years of marketing exposure and a feel for the roles, skills, and people that make the marketing world tick.
• Experience working with larger global organizations or brands will be helpful.
• You're curious, personable, open-minded, and comfortable having honest conversations.
• You're organized, follow through, great at capturing notes, and can manage competing priorities without letting things fall through the cracks.
• You bring professional maturity, a strong work ethic, and a sense of humor.
• Recruiting experience, have interviewed or hired people, or bring other relevant experience that translates well to recruiting.
• An associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is welcome.
