Job summary

True Talent Group in Minnesota is seeking a Marketing & Creative Recruiter to build talent pipelines and connect exceptional candidates with leading brands.

You'll source and engage top marketing, creative, and digital professionals, partnering with hiring teams to understand needs and deliver a strong candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

The role is remote-friendly with one day per week in the Twin Cities office to collaborate with the team.

We're looking for a passionate, proactive, relationship-driven Marketing & Creative Recruiter who knows how to find great talent, create meaningful connections, and deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation to the final placement.

You'll lead recruiting efforts across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions, specializing in marketing, creative, and digital talent.

Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base salary + performance-based bonus opportunity, with target annual bonus potential of $15,000–$25,000.

Work Arrangement: Remote-friendly, with one day per week in the Twin Cities office for collaboration and team connection.

What You'll Do

Find & Connect with Exceptional Talent

• Proactively source and recruit outstanding marketing, creative, and digital professionals through networking, referrals, industry events, online platforms, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Build meaningful relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Identify talent who brings the right combination of experience, skills, personality, and potential.

Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience

• Conduct thoughtful phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with client needs.
• Present highly qualified candidates with compelling, accurate profiles and recommendations.
• Prepare and coach candidates for interviews so they feel confident and ready to shine.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep the hiring process moving.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings when appropriate.
• Communicate proactively, providing timely updates and a personal touch throughout the recruiting journey.

Build Relationships That Last

• Become a trusted resource for candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Provide insight into hiring trends, talent availability, and recruiting best practices.
• Maintain relationships beyond the placement through thoughtful follow-up and ongoing engagement.
• Partner with our operations team to recognize important candidate milestones and special occasions.
• Represent True Talent Group with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride in our brand.

Own the Recruiting Process

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through placement, following our True Star Recruiting Process.
• Keep accurate, detailed, and timely records in our applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting activity, results, and key performance indicators.
• Identify challenges early, communicate solutions, and keep everyone informed.
• Continuously explore new sourcing tools, recruiting technologies, and more effective ways of working.
• Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the recruiting process.

• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and integrity.
