Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience using HR technologies and data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Ability to translate talent strategy into actionable plans.
  • Experience in higher education or large complex organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Connect Talent Strategy to Execution across Talent Management and OHR.
  • Advance Talent Initiatives and ensure alignment across programs.
  • Use Technology and Data to improve talent outcomes through dashboards and reports.
  • Enable Communication and Adoption with clear, consistent messaging.
  • Support Employee Relations and HRBP collaboration on people matters.
  • Coordinate and improve processes across cross-functional teams.
