CEO Discovery helps private equity (PE) firms make new investments and manage their current portfolio companies by connecting them with highly relevant senior operating executives. Our proprietary network of over 4,000 vetted executives includes CEOs, presidents, division heads, COOs, CFOs and board members. PE firms use our AI-powered online platform to find and speak with executives on-demand. Executives, on the other hand, view CEO Discovery as their “gateway to private equity.”

Job Description:

Talent Specialists at CEO Discovery are responsible for identifying and contacting senior operating executives who want to work in private equity and convincing them to join the CEO Discovery platform. Executives have typically held very senior positions at businesses with at least $100 million of revenue. Qualified executives join the platform for free.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Working with CEO Discovery’s internal resources, Talent Specialists target senior operating executives based on title level, industry sector and other factors.
• Executive Outreach: Talent Specialists connect and engage with qualified executives and provide information about private equity and using CEO Discovery to network with PE firms.
• Interviewing: Interviewing senior executives is the core activity of this role. Talent Specialists interview all interested executives before they can join CEO Discovery. Interviews delve into each executive’s background, skill sets, motivations and familiarity with private equity.
• Client Requests: Based on inbound requests, Talent Specialists highlight the most relevant executives from the CEO Discovery platform and their own outreach efforts.
• Resources Used: AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Zoom, Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, custom software programs
