CEO Discovery is seeking a proactive Talent Specialist to join our on-site team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will identify and reach out to senior operating executives who may join the CEO Discovery platform, guiding them through the value proposition and membership process.

The role focuses on lead generation, executive outreach, and conducting interviews to assess fit, while leveraging AI tools and CRM to manage outreach and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: target senior executives based on title level, industry sector and other factors.
• Executive Outreach: connect with qualified executives and explain private equity and CEO Discovery.
• Interviewing: interview executives to assess their fit for joining the platform.
• Client Requests: highlight the most relevant executives for inbound requests.
• Resources Used: AI tools, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Zoom, CRM, and custom software.
