FedEx Freight is seeking a recruiter who will build diverse talent pipelines and lead sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs. You will engage both active and passive candidates, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and design cost-efficient campaigns across media and events.

The role requires strong sourcing, communication, and compliance skills, with experience across social media channels and ATS platforms. Travel may be required in this field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field plus two years staffing/recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels including social media
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates using online and offline sources
• Engage active and passive candidates through recruitment campaigns on career platforms
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and plan sourcing
• Design and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Analyze recruitment data and advise on costs, resources, and events for effectiveness
• Manage advertising to maximize reach and cost efficiency across media
• Represent FedEx Freight at job fairs and other outreach events
• Educate managers on recruitment processes and systems through training
• Coach temporary employment staff and guide screening and selection processes
• Screen resumes and support shortlisting and interviews
• Review processes for improvements and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
