Job summary

Western Land Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build and manage proactive candidate pipelines and engage passive candidates.

You will develop sourcing strategies across channels, craft outreach emails, and maintain compliance with employment laws while representing the company’s core values. You will interact with candidates on professional networks, screen applications, and support job postings.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Indeed).
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and select qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Uphold Western Land Services’ Core values in all aspects of work.
