Job summary

Western Land Services in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a Talent Sourcer. You will actively seek candidates, engage with passive talent, and build pipelines for future openings while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search strings).
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATSs and CMSs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Indeed).
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques (Boolean search).
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
• Maintain candidate databases (via ATS/CMS).
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Uphold Western Land Services’ core values.

Job Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferred.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
