Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to execute sourcing strategies, focusing on passive candidates and timely fills. You will work with the Recruitment Delivery team and client personnel to optimize sourcing and improve strategy effectiveness.

You will recommend enhancements, drive best practices, and represent the Allegis Global Solutions brand across channels and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant staffing or HR experience preferred.
• Experience in a global organization is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to creatively source candidates using job boards, social media and searches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for clients and roles.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within clients' industries.
• Leverage multiple recruiting channels while aligning with client branding.
• Ensure candidates are pre-screened and fit cultural and role requirements.
• Proactively pipeline talent and maintain talent pools for workforce plans.
