You will build talent pipelines, pre-screen candidates, and drive best practices across a global client base while leveraging social media and job boards to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in staffing, HR, or related field.
• Experience in a global organization is desirable.
• Proven ability to design and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for each client.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within client industries.
• Utilize diverse recruiting strategies aligned with client branding and policies.
• Provide pre-screening and candidate care to ensure quality.
