Christie Lites is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to recruit primarily for Rental Representative roles and to support warehouse, repair, and other recruitment needs. You will source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Obra, and Giggs, while maintaining candidate records and providing notes for each profile.

The role requires proactive outreach, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to meet daily sourcing targets.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for hospitality, warehouse, or technical roles is preferred.
• Ability to meet daily sourcing targets and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Determines candidate requirements by reviewing position requirements with the Recruiting Manager.
• Sources qualified candidates using Obra, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Giggs.
• Prioritizes Rental Representative searches while supporting other roles.
• Submits 10–15 new profiles daily with notes and links.
• Engages candidates with personalized outreach and provides job details.
