Qualifications

• 6+ years in a recruiter role either in-house or agency.
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent.
• Excellent client management and relationship building.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and escalations.
• Good prioritization and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify requisitions and ensure alignment with global guidance.
• Lead intake calls with hiring managers and advise on processes.
• Map talent and manage candidate pools within the market.
• Source and pipeline candidates using diverse channels.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and schedules.
• Provide timely candidate updates and obtain manager feedback.
• Influence decisions and manage expectations of managers and candidates.
• Lead pre-offer candidate calls and manage offers.
• Liaise with HR and compensation for approvals.
• Present recruiting activity to senior client groups and manage escalations.
