Job description

Sierra Space is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner II on a contract basis in Louisville, CO (onsite). This role supports hiring leaders end-to-end, helping build pipelines and ensuring candidates have a smooth, professional experience from first contact through interview scheduling.

What you’ll do

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders to understand staffing needs and translating those needs into strategic recruiting plans. From sourcing and attracting candidates to screening and assessment, you’ll coordinate key steps that keep the hiring process moving.

• Own recruitment from sourcing and attracting candidates through interviewing and hiring
• Partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to meet them
• Create and execute recruitment strategies using channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Use recruitment tools and techniques to build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a seamless candidate experience
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide regular status updates to hiring managers on open positions and candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare job descriptions and postings
• Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company
• Ensure timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process
• Promote strategic ideas that influence talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand
• Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of related experience
• Recruiting knowledge and a basic understanding of business group operations and overall recruiting strategies
• Ability to align manager recruiting needs into effective sourcing and pipeline building
• Ability to propose strategic ideas and work closely with business leadership on talent and recruiting process improvements
• Experience using social media networks to find and connect with potential candidates

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ATS and other recruitment software
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
