SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer (Temporary) to build pipelines for demanding engineering roles in Texas. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, proactively sourcing candidates across platforms and forums, and using AI-powered tools to speed up pipelines while keeping a personal touch.

You will conduct outreach and screens, track metrics, and advocate SpaceX’s mission with prospective talent.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share relevant data points with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture compellingly to prospective candidates.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent.

TALENT SOURCER - TEMPORARY

As a SpaceX Talent Sourcer, you will build talent pipelines for some of the most technically demanding roles on earth. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to identify and engage exceptional talent who want to help make life multiplanetary. In many cases, you are candidates’ first encounter with SpaceX, and it is your job to represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm. We work in teams and focus on collaboration, yet require a high degree of autonomy. So, while you are not expected to go it alone, you are expected to show initiative, take responsibility, and see tasks through to completion.
