Job summary

Range is hiring a Recruiter to support and execute hiring across technical and go-to-market teams. Based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA, the role is in-office Monday–Friday with relocation as a contingency for employment.

You’ll partner with managers, design interview processes, source talent, and improve recruiting tools and reporting, delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting for technical or business roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates and basic recruiting processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles—from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Source and engage talent through targeted outreach and referrals.
• Improve recruiting processes, tooling, and reporting across all hiring functions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication at every stage.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and team members.
• Collaborate with and learn from senior recruiters and leadership.
