Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Talent Sourcing professional to identify and attract tech and non-tech talent, building a diverse candidate pool. You will engage candidates through personalized outreach and collaborate with Hiring Managers to tailor sourcing strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline and positive candidate experience.

You will monitor market trends, stay abreast of best practices, and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience, diversity hiring preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies and diversity recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for talent sourcing and diversity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top tech and non-tech talent, including diverse talent pools.
• Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage candidates through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech and non-tech hiring.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience and brand representation.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and comply with privacy regulations.
