Collabera in Troy, MI is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and attract top tech and non-tech talent, building diverse candidate pools and engaging with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

You will partner with Hiring Managers to tailor sourcing strategies, maintain an accurate ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience while advocating for diversity in recruiting. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies, diversity recruitment, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
