You will use Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools, partnering with Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while staying compliant with privacy rules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on diversity hiring preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage candidates effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Role summary / purpose

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical and non-technical talent while building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates to support current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top tech and non-tech talent, including diverse talent pools.
• Proactively engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified and diverse candidates.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices related to hiring in the tech and non-tech fields, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements - education & experience

• 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on diversity hiring preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies, diversity recruitment and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
