Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple clients and locations. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and placements with a focus on quality and speed.

You will build strong pipelines, use diverse sourcing channels, and maintain accurate records while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

What will make you stand out:

• Experience in agency recruitment, multi-client recruitment, or end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Strong direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
