Job summary

LK Jordan & Associates in Houston is seeking a results-driven Talent Solutions Manager to connect people with meaningful work and deliver outstanding client service.

You will recruit, interview, and place candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles, while managing client accounts and building long-term relationships. Local travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business OR 3–5 years of recruiting experience (field sales or college recruiting preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities
