Job summary

L.K. Jordan & Associates in Houston, TX is seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter to source and recruit candidates across multiple industries for direct hire placements. The candidate will work with Branch Managers and the Regional Director to develop recruitment strategies and enhance service offerings.

The role is full-time with up to 25% travel to client sites. Compensation includes a base salary with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus 85% employer-paid medical, 100% employer-paid

Qualifications

• Must have service sales/marketing/recruiting experience.
• Must have at least 5+ years of professional experience.
• College education preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience specifically in the staffing industry will be placed in the highest consideration.

L.K. Jordan & Associates is actively seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter in their Direct Hire department to join its highly successful Houston operation. The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting high quality candidates for placements which meet a broad range of client requirements across multiple industries for direct hire placements – recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. The position will work closely with our Branch Managers and Regional Director to develop recruitment strategy and enhance service offerings to new and existing client companies. This position is full time and will requires up to 25% travel to client sites.

Education and Experience Guidelines:

Compensation

• Highly Competitive Base Salary (DOE) of minimum $60K plus monthly commission and quarterly performance bonuses.
