Job summary

FoxconnGGroup in Houston is seeking an HR Specialist (Recruiter) to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partner with senior leadership, and build effective talent acquisition strategies for current and future workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over 2 years of talent acquisition experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Industry-specific hiring experience (manufacturing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all-level positions across functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based techniques.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Drive employer branding and represent the company at events.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS and prepare hiring reports.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Build internship program to source pre-vetted candidates.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as required.

Job Function

TheRecruiteris responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-quality talent. This role partners closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to support current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level positions across multiple functions, including high-volume roles Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and professional networks
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career events and job fairs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular hiring reports
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
• Negotiate job offers and support the successful closing of candidates
• Implement and establish internship program tocreate a direct source of pre-vetted candidates for future full-time roles
• Carry out additional responsibilities as required

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Industry-specific hiring experience (e.g., manufacturing) is preferred
