Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively recruit top talent using job fairs, digital platforms, and your professional network.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate recruiters, colleges, universities, and vocational programs.
• Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Develop recruiting plans that support and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Creative Job Advertising: Write compelling job postings that attract both active and passive candidates across multiple platforms.
• Data‑Driven Sourcing: Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and identify new avenues for reaching quality candidates.
