Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Talent Services Specialist to support the Talent Operations Team and provide service to all employees. The ideal candidate is proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office and maintains strict confidentiality.

Key duties include onboarding new hires, processing payroll changes, exit interviews, and maintaining accurate personnel files. The role requires 5-10% travel and hours from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–6 months of administrative HR experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5–10% travel.
• Work hours 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to applicants and employees.
• Assists with Talent Operations projects and initiatives.
• Facilitates the new hire process and communications.
• Assists with Payroll Change Notices for employee transitions.
• Processes termination paperwork and conducts exit interviews.
• Maintains accurate personnel files.
• Onboards new hires (Onboarding Part One and Two).
• Monitors the Talent Services work queue and completes requests timely.
