Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Talent Services Specialist to support the Talent Operations Team and provide excellent customer service to employees and applicants. The role involves onboarding, payroll change notices, and terminations, with confidentiality as a must.

Ideal candidates have HR education or HR admin experience, flexibility for 5–10% travel, and availability for 7 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources required or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months HR administrative experience, or 2 years in HR with a HS diploma.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% and work hours 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to applicants and employees.
• Assist with Talent Operations projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate the new hire process, including Welcome Letters and pre-employment follow-up.
• Assist with Payroll Change Notices for employee transitions.
• Process termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
• Manage Talent Services queue and onboarding tasks.
