Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates/job seekers through creative strategies.
• Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline through cold calling.

• Negotiate pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals.
• Document all candidate conversations for productivity reporting.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
