Job summary

Lighthouse Youth Services is seeking an HR Specialist - Recruiter in Cincinnati, OH. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, source candidates through multiple channels, and partner with managers to fill roles with top talent.

You will create an excellent candidate experience and help onboard new hires while maintaining HR systems. The role emphasizes relationship-building, process optimization, and high-volume sourcing to support the organization’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and LinkedIn.
• Understanding employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Find candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing.
• Manage full hiring process from posting to interviews to offers.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create a positive candidate experience and build talent pipelines.
• Track metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to help new team members start strong.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date ATS and HR systems.
