Job summary

Lighthouse Youth Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an HR Specialist - Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent for our mission-driven team. You will manage the full hiring journey, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while partnering with managers to meet staffing needs.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of recruiting/HR experience, strong sourcing skills, and hands-on use of ATS/HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Have 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Experience using an ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
• Understand employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Love solving problems and finding creative ways to attract talent.

Responsibilities

• Find amazing candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full hiring journey from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop winning recruiting strategies.
• Create an outstanding candidate experience that leaves applicants feeling valued and informed.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Track recruiting metrics and help us continuously improve our hiring process.
• Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to ensure new team members get off to a great start.
• Keep our ATS and HR systems organized, accurate, and up to date.
