Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted HR Advisor to assigned business units.
• Lead thorough investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
• Coach and mentor leaders to enhance people management.
• Analyze HR trends and prepare internal and external reports.
• Manage recruitment activities and onboarding for assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
