Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager I to lead open vacancies and serve as the primary contact for hiring needs. You will collaborate with offshore RSSs and RCs, coach the team, and drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle.

The role emphasizes direct sourcing, KPI achievement, and providing consultative solutions to client stakeholders while maintaining compliance and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews for a variety of roles.
• Knowledge of MSAs and SOWs and OFCCP compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to hiring managers.
• Coach candidates and provide feedback in a timely manner.
• Coach, lead, and mentor recruiting team members assigned to the account.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for the client and role.
