Job summary

• Serve as a proponent for one or more recruitment program areas.
• Develop or evaluate initiatives to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret HR laws, regulations and policies for staffing and recruitment.
• Perform staffing duties including recruiting, examining, selecting and placing employees; conduct job analysis; workforce planning and analysis.
