Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Hiring Coordinator to join our team at our program in Crafton PA, 15205. The on-site role involves coordinating interview schedules, supporting job fairs, and placing new employees into residential areas, under supervision of the Assistant Regional Executive Director and Administrator.

You will assist candidates through multiple stages of the hiring process and act as the primary liaison with Recruitment and Credentialing and with hiring managers across residential programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, plus one year experience in recruiting, administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules for phone and in-person interviews.
• Plan and support job fair events for potential new employees.
• Place new hires into residential areas as part of onboarding.
• Assist candidates at multiple stages of the hiring process.
• Liaise with Recruitment and Credentialing and with hiring managers across residential programs.
