Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, plus one year experience in recruiting, administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules for phone and in-person interviews.
• Organize and participate in job fairs for potential new employees.
• Place new hires into residential areas as assigned.
• Assist candidates at multiple stages of the hiring process for external and internal positions.
• Serve as primary contact with Recruitment and Credentialing departments and liaise with hiring managers across residential sites.
