Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Penn Hills, PA to supervise and coordinate day-to-day program activities. The role includes leading staff during shifts, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality client care with strict adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Approve all DSP timecards and leave requests.
• Direct Care duties including ADL's, meals, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager.
