Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Talent Project Manager for the Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. You will lead enterprise talent initiatives, translate priorities into plans, and collaborate with HR partners, leaders, and vendors to deliver scalable programs.

The role focuses on program coordination, learning & development, and leadership initiatives, leveraging AI for forecasting, reporting, and governance to ensure an employee-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, HR program management, talent management, learning and development, or related function.

Responsabilités

• Leads project planning with workplans, timelines, stakeholder maps, trackers, status updates, milestones, and risk plans.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure talent initiatives are delivered on time and with quality.
• Maintains dashboards, action logs, scorecards, and updates for visibility on progress and risks.
• Supports Early Careers, competency mapping, and learning initiatives to drive scalable programs.
