Qualifications

• Design and implement large-scale training, leadership development, or organizational capability initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning programs and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong program management, facilitation, coaching, and organizational development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across manufacturing plants.
• Oversee Operations Academy and leadership development programs for Plant Managers to emerging leaders.
• Establish training standards, analytics, and performance measures across facilities.
