Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Specialist, TBP Talent to provide administrative and operational support to the VP, Talent Business Partners. You will coordinate projects, manage calendars, prepare reports, and help drive talent initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and compliant processes.

The role requires collaboration with a dispersed team, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior administrative experience in FMCG or fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; handle multiple administrative and operational tasks.
• Strong project management skills; drive programs and solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail; maintain data accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborate cross-functionally with a dispersed team.
• Highly autonomous with an independent, proactive work style.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; able to propose process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity.
• Support a geographically dispersed team; may require earlier start times.
• Travel ~10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide TBP program management with timelines, plans, and change management support.
• Coordinate TBP projects, reports, and reviews; track statuses and resources.
• Provide administrative support; manage VP calendar, travel, and expenses.
• Coordinate employee communications via internal platforms and organize benefits spotlights.
• Support audits and compliance checks; stay updated on labor laws and HR requirements.
