Job summary

Waters Corporation seeks an experienced Sr. Talent Management Specialist to own learning systems, coordinate talent programs, and drive onboarding excellence for 16,000 colleagues across 30 countries.

You’ll manage LMS administration, develop content, and partner with HRIS and vendors to scale processes globally. The role supports Leadership development, onboarding, and program measurement, with hybrid work requiring three days on site at Milford, MA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, HR program management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems such as SuccessFactors Learning, Skillsoft or similar.
• Strong facilitation and content development skills; familiarity with Articulate 360 is a plus.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS administrator for the Talent Management function, including content management, enrollment, troubleshooting and configuration.
• Configure and maintain learning content, courses, curricula, paths and resources within SuccessFactors learning.
• Partner with HRIS and LMS stakeholders to support system configuration, data accuracy and access.
• Support integration of digital learning content and platforms like Skillsoft.
• Coordinate enterprise talent and development programs and manage logistics and communications.
• Maintain program calendars, trackers, participant records and evaluation data.
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation from Day 1 through Day 30 and drive improvements using data feedback.
